Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using the 1230 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies published by 1230 from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 1230 platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including unregistered visitors, registered members, and anyone accessing content or services provided by 1230. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of services offered by 1230, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Notifying 1230 immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.
• Not sharing your login credentials with any third party.
• Ensuring you log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Register one account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are not permitted and may result in account termination.

1230 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account suspected of violating these Terms without prior notice.

User Responsibilities & Rules

Users of the 1230 platform agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, unethical, or that may compromise the integrity of the platform. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using third-party software, bots, or any automated means to access or manipulate the platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or attack the platform's systems and infrastructure.
• Spreading false information, obscene content, or content that infringes on copyright.
• Registering an account using another person's identity or false information.
• Engaging in any form of financial fraud, money laundering, or activities that violate Malaysian law.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account termination, balance freeze, and where necessary, appropriate legal action.

Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the 1230 platform are conducted in MYR. Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved payment methods including FPX and local e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid.

1230 sets minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals, which may change from time to time. Current limits can be viewed in the account section once logged in. All successful transactions are final and cannot be reversed except in circumstances specifically stated by 1230.

1230 reserves the right to hold or suspend processing of any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity pending the completion of an investigation. Users will be notified by email of any suspension affecting their account.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The 1230 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 1230 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting or game outcomes.

1230 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or remain secure at all times. We are, however, committed to maintaining the highest possible platform availability and will work to resolve any technical disruptions promptly.

Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms

Account Suspension and Closure

1230 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at any time for reasons including violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of law enforcement agencies. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a violation are not entitled to recover any remaining balance unless determined otherwise following an investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, brand names, graphics, text, software, and other visual elements on the 1230 platform are the exclusive property of 1230 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1230.

Third-Party Links

The 1230 platform may contain references to third-party services or information. 1230 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party links is at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

1230 reserves the right to modify, add to, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of these Terms will always be displayed on this page along with the most recent update date. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
